This book was recommended by a friend of the author and a friend of mine. Thank you, Erica, for the recommendation. I throughly enjoyed reading this story of Joseph and his desire to know Jesus and his teachings. Joseph followed the prompting, thus having a tomb built, not exactly knowing why or for whom it was for. I enjoyed reading this author's story. The book was well written and the images of the characters and places came to life through his writing.

This was a very interesting story of Joseph of Arimathea and the tomb that Jesus was laid in after he died. My daughter and I liked it.

I liked the different angle on Christ's life. It's biggest fault is it's vagueness as far as teaching history, culture and geography of the story.
