Trey and June have known each other for years, Trey was popular June was not, June was kind Trey was not. Trey took every opportunity he could to pick on June and make her life miserable, but Trey had a secret he always liked June but pressure from others made him scared to admit it and Trey found every opportunity to get June's attention. Now years later June has moved back to town and opened a bakery across from his tattoo shop.June hates Trey with good reason and she hates that she finds him [...]

2.5 Stars if I'm Being HonestThis is my first read by this author and, wellah. I loved the idea of the "curvy" girl who was mercilessly teased in high school by her crush getting the last word, but the editing was nowhere approaching good. I didn't love it but didn't hate it, either.

This book was anti-climactic and nothing really happened. Once the MCs got together they were together, and it just didn't seem to go anywhere.

She’s back and he’s ready for her. Trey and June weren’t friends. He tormented her to the point she avoided him at any cost. June was a full figured girl that felt she was invisible and tried to stay that way.Trey couldn’t tell anyone how he really felt about June. She was the girl he wanted but couldn’t have. He took care of that with his teasing. He loved her, and as crazy as it was, she loved him.Years later they are neighbors and can’t deny the attraction that’s still there.I l [...]

cute 3.5 stars ever, didn't really care for Trey's excuse on why he treated her so poorly and slept with so many others! And, I am soo glad she found someone, while in college, to help her become the woman she became when returning to her hometown. And, she was not some timid virgin just waiting for Trey to finally wake up and face his feelings. Surprise Trey!!! LOL.

1 1/2 stars What a weak woman. I'm so disappointed. Lately Sam's books have been decent and I've looked past the horrible grammar and spelling. But this, this story was so predictable and saddening. I do not like weak woman in stories. Maybe I need to go back to the not reading Sam books for a while.

It was a good read I Loved June and Trey's story. It sucks that he use to bully her but they liked each other and it worked out. I also glad Molly and Dale married it seems like their relationship worked out and I hope it did because he really Loves her and his kids.

An exceptional story, I loved how Trey had to fight so hard to get June to over look the fact that he was her high school bully in order to make her love him. Loved this story!!

A beautifully written book with lots of raw passionate emotions and amazing characters that make your heart stop. June was such an inspiring woman. I love her.The author did such an amazing job.

Trey was a bully to June in high school . Mostly to hide his true feelings for her to his friends because he was popular and she overweight! Years later June had never forgotten how mean Trey was to her in high school, but she was also attracted to him at the same time! Now she is all grown and he is working as a tattoo artist directly across the street from her! You have a bad boy tattoo artist and a good girl with nothing really in common with one another but the story is told so good that the [...]

Save your money. This book was terrible. I have read some other books by the author and they were not as bad as this book. I returned this for a refund it was so back. At $5 for the book I expect better quality ie a story to flow, good editing and attention to detail. The premise of the story was good. The execution was terrible. Also the author needs to proof read better ie in one part of the book she mentions it is 5 pm and than on the next line it is 4.30 pm.Also the story was short, however [...]

If your just looking for a quick short book to read before bed to give you wet dreams then this one is perfect. I loved that June was full figured and that even though she had always crushed on Trey she didn't jump at the chance to be with him after his years of torment as her high school bully. The secondary characters were maybe a little too convoluted for such a short story but they obviously had a purpose and maybe they will be getting their own books later.Either way this book was the perfec [...]

I was not a big fan of this book but the thing with Sam Crescent's books is that she writes fast - there is not a whole lot of build up - she gives you a quick description about the couple and then gets to the point of the story which I like and then sometimes I wish there was more. BUT there is one thing in her books that you will always get and that is good hot sex scenes."We’re fucking, and I don’t want to hear another sound from your lips other than to beg me to fuck you.” Overall it w [...]

Nice! I love how different June now and back to the high school. Thanks to the Trey Hunt! But their love story didn't start so easily. Its always fun watching a big bad guy squirm, hopeless and suffering ;) Do you agree, gurls? especially the bullied one!

    16. Rebecca Sibert

I LOVED this book!!! I have read it at least twice and I will definitely be reading it again!! I love stories like this when the guy is secretly in love with the girl but never makes a move and instead picks on her. This story is such a great read!!!

    17. Bogadi Rabasima
