      This Book was received as a free Giveaway from a contest, and it is not totally accurate that I am 'finished.' This is NOT a book that one would ever finish. You will never be 'finished' with stress while you are still breathing. First, this book is not religious per se. It is secular, and does not mention God or the Bible etc, but the premises to me seemed based on Judeo-Christian principles. I do religious reading daily, as of the Our Daily Bread variety.       Fantastic book! This took me awhile to read (almost a year), because I wanted to soak it all in. Each chapter gives you tips-awareness, forgiveness, meditation, opening up your heart etc. I loved how the authors explained the concept at the beginning of the chapter, then gave advice on practicing it. This is for anyone who wants to be more calm, in the moment and more aware of their thoughts. Highly recommend!

      Goldstein and Stahl are on target with MSBR Every Day. "Just do it," is my mantra. They outline steps in a simple, easy to follow manner. Of course, the practice is much more of a challenge, but well worth the rewards. I recommend MSBR to everyone with families, business, or life in general. I'm passing this on to friends and family so that we can all participate in the healing process This book was passed on to me by a fellow winner.
