Ummm.30 minutes later:UmmmmAnother 30 minutes later:Lesson learned: don't pick up HP books by authors who are not on your friend's to read list!I am utterly confused as to what the point of this book was.

I have from book one been a huge fan of this author's unique fun and quirky way of writing, she is somehow able to take a totally fun heroine , add in a " I am going to kill this man" hero , mix it all with a smashing setting , add a large dose of " I did not see that coming" twists and turns and in the end it's the perfect pick me up read, not every author out there is able to pull it off. So of course I totally squealed with excitement when I found this gem in review request box, you hear that [...]

What a great story this one is I do love to see a hero who refuses to see that he can love and have a permanent relationship fall in love and see the truth and Scott does this is such a awesome way and Kate is just the best heroine so strong but so sure that she just wants a short relationship as well and seeing as how she is a lawyer writes up the contract to last a month. This is a very very sensual and sexy story that will have you smiling and turning the pages to get to the end a beautiful s [...]

‘I’m not cynical, Scott. Or if I am it doesn’t last—not if I have someone…’ she swallowed ‘… someone who’ll say to me, “Shh, I’m here”, like you just did. Putting things right for people is what I do, what I want to do, even if sometimes it gets too much. And perfect…? I don’t want to be perfect. And I don’t want you to be perfect either. I want to be imperfect—with you. I want children who are perfect or imperfect—who are anything as long as they’re yours. An [...]

Oh My God!!!! This book is your best work ever, Miss Tremayne!!!! I finished it last night, and was freaking speechless then, and alas, that continues to be my state today too.I absolutely loved Scott and Kate. The story had soooo many ups and downs, funny and sad moments, cute and frustrating scenes, that it's a wonder I am left intelligible enough to type a review!Wow, what a damn roller-coaster of a journey. I enjoyed the way Scott bulldozed through Kate's rules, the way they both tried and f [...]

I am so glad that I was given this book in return for an honest review because I enjoyed it so much. Kate Cleary is a jaded divorce lawyer. Scott Knight sees her and immediately wants her but Kate knows he is younger than her and isn't interested in a toy boy. What follows is a fun romp with Kate writing a contract and Scott and Kate having an affair that gives you laughs and at times you get mad at Scott, but he is redeemed when he knows they have to be together. A great book you don't want to [...]

There are so many things I would like to say about this book :~ But this is what I'm going to say :- 5/5, 10/10, 100/100. Another new Aussie author that I will now AUTO BUY. Wonderfully romantic and sizzling, well written, fun, different. Loved Scott as the hero. Loved that Kate was older. Hated that I had to take a break two thirds through to make dinner Do yourself a favour and read this book !

Ignore the title and don’t be put off by all those exclamation marks in the blurb because this book is flirty, a little bit dirty and so much fun. Kate and Scott meet at a party and hit it off immediately with sizzling chemistry and lots of flirting, but when Kate finds out Scott is five years younger than her, she runs for the hills. Not only is she not looking for a relationship, but she’s not looking for a toy boy either.Scott has no plans to become anyone’s toy boy and he’s not inter [...]

a hot steamy romance with two strong lead characters.Kate meets 27 year old Scott at a friend's party and flirts like hell before learning his age. The age is a big barrier for Kate she wants a mature man to have friends with benefits with not a childish boy.Scott is hot, confident, cocky and a confirmed bachelor he doesn't want a relationship and he refuses to get close to anyone.Scott is certain about one thing since the moment he set eyes on Kate he wants her and he's going to have her!I thou [...]

Millionaire's Proposition (Sydney's Most Eligible Book 2) (Kindle Edition)Very rarely do we get an entire book from the H's POV and this book was unexpectedly and brilliantly refreshing. You can almost see it being made into a chick flick. I loved it.

    11. Lisa B.

Quirky fun with heated romanceAvril Tremayne at her romantic comedy best. Not since "Here Comes the Bridesmaid" have I enjoyed one of her books more. In her classic romantic comedy style, she takes us inside the affair of two control freaks who think the can control their overwhelming attraction to each other by setting parameters with a written sex contract. Ha! As if. As true romantics know, when the heart wants what it wants, proactive control is an illusion. These two find it out the hard wa [...]

Oh, that title! It's completely wrong for this book. This book is nowhere cliché, it is a heartfelt tale of two people struggling to overcome their problems with communicating their love for each other.I liked it very much. 4.5 stars. But that title I don't think the word millionaire is somewhere in the book and it isn't even his proposition. Don't let that title keep you away from a very nice read.

    14. Lisa Palmer

This was such a great story! I love the characters, and the writing is superb. The author knows how to insert just the right amount of humor and seriousness. Her writing is original. Read it--you won't be able to put it down!

Loved this book. H was like a outgoing horny teenager and h, well, she had old age complex, but was easy to like too. The book was fun to read.

    16. Charlie

First of all, the title I mean the book does not play on his gazillionaire status at all this could be a regular romance about fairly regular people and I think the h contributed just as much to the proposition as the H did.I was just not into this book the H came across as rather immature I mean come on do grown men really go round admitting how much "tail" is available to them? it seems like the actions of a teenager rather than a 27 year old male. The h seemed rather grounded and not too offe [...]

OK read for me. Nothing special, your typical commitment phobes who make an arrangement instead of having a relationship then it all goes wrong when feelings start to develop.Quick, easy read but not one I'll be going back to.2 stars for me!!

    18. BarbiIvánka-Tóth

I expected quite a different story when I bought this book. I found it quite short, and somehow a bit similar to 50 Shades of Grey (Or am i the only one who thinks that?)
