This book is my Favoriteof the series so far. Oh boy, Ren stole my heart.rry Jayce and Kel, and Ivy was the perfect girl next door.Ren and Ivy knew each other once upon a time, Ivy was the shy girl in music school and Ren was the hottie that disappeared five years ago. Who knew that a chance encounter would bring these two back together again. I found it pretty funny that Ivy had no clue who Feral Silence was let alone who the members of the band were, her friends dragged her out to a concert to [...]

One and a half stars is my rating. Really, I'm not the audience for this type of book. Sometimes, NA books can surprise me, but this one Not so much. I think it would better suit teenagers on the verge if adulthood. So, why did I read it? When the blurb starts out talking about how five years had passed since she saw her friend, and since second-chance, friends-to-lovers stories are my thing, I took a chance. I just expected More. The writing was a bit sophomoric, probably catering to that young [...]

3.5 stars.I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.I finished it two hours. Straight. I'm not even lying. There was something really that drew me towards it, like the mysterious background of Ren or the shy but awesome Morris but nonetheless, it was good.I loved the parts when Ivy feels sure about Ren because I really feel that Ivy and Ren were perfect for each other. And when they did end up together, happy tears filled my eyes.I liked how Ren wasn't this typical bad r [...]

I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review!I was a tad concerned as this book is #3 in the series, but it was unnecessary as this can be read as a stand-alone. The two main characters Ivy and Ren were childhood sweethearts, and Ren disappeared without an explanation 5 years ago. When Ivy attends a concert for “ Feral Touch” she is shocked to see that Ren is in this rock band. Thanks to Ivy’s girlfriends these two manage to reconnect. The secondary characters in this [...]

Second chance at love and finding their way.Ivy has been so focused on her cello and paying her way through school that she hasn’t dated or really loved at all. She always wondered what happened to the boy that took a piece of her heart away when he disappeared in high school. After her friends drag her to see their favorite band, Ivy is amazed at the talent of the bassist. After the show, she is suddenly face to face with the boy from her pastl grown up. Definitely read Hard Rock Touch and see [...]

Not my favorite. Ren was a total jerk to her several times and she never got mad at him. She was a very uptight classical musician. Not that enjoyable to hear someone talk about how low-brow rock music is, in a series about a rock group. I have high hopes for Morris. Love those big sensitive guys. ;) I also like the group of three friends. I read the two series' out of order, so I had already met Jen.

Awesome read! Ivy is so sweet and quiet. I think it's cute she doesn't know anything about the band. I like how everyone knew who ivy was before she had met the group. They make such a cute couple. Would have like a little bit more of an epilogue on them though, now off to read about morris soon!!

Wow amazing story. Athena Wright has do it again. Feral Touch is a great story of young and renewed love.

    9. Paige Whitecotton

SweetLoved the way the author added the classical background for this story. Heartbreaking that they had to be apart but at least they found each other again.

Favorite out of the first 3!I like a good dirty romance, but some of what I read is just so bogus! This felt the most real to me. There weren't as many lemons in this as the other books, but they weren't needed to convey character growth and relationships.Still, I've read better rock romances.

    11. Meloney

Ren and Ivy's story is such a sweet romance. Ren has his issues from his past while Ivy struggles with being insecurities. Ren keeps pushing her away, while Ivy finally give up on him? Great Story! Must Read Series!

*I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review* Read this if you want to read a great Rock Star Romance!Rating: 4/5 Rating premise: I loved, yet hated how short this book felt. I wish this book was longer than it was! I wanted more. It was so good. It wasn't a story that was rushed or anything, but it just felt shorter than it should have been. (I'm not sure if that's based on the fact that almost all NA books are maybe a bit longer than this book.) I want more of Ren and Ivy <3 Thi [...]

Arc graciously provided by author for an honest review and I loved this story! I am always a little concerned when I pick up a book in the middle of a series that I have not read any other of the books in , but there was no worries with this one. " Feral Touch " can absolutely be read as a stand alone. The characters are captivating , the story well written with the right combination of angst, mystery and sexy times! Ivy,is a cellist attending the prestige a Opus academy , living with her girlfr [...]

A sweet and sexy second chance rockstar romance with so many feels – that’s what’s FERAL TOUCH, the third book in Athena Wright’s FERAL SILENCE ROCK STAR series.I picked up this book knowing that it is the third book in a series. This usually worries me and here as well I was not sure what to expect. Luckily this book speaks completely for itself and can indeed be read as standalone without any problem. Even better, those funny, witty and captivating characters draw you in from the get-g [...]

I LOVE REN!!!Feral Touch might be the third book in the series, but that does not make it any less awesome! First off, take a moment to look at the cover. Friggin' . . . yeah, let's stick to the review. Like the description implies, this book follows cellist, Ivy. She is practically dragged to a concert with her two friends. Ivy is not a fan of the band, but there one song that she loves, because of the violin solo. When the concert ends, of course, Ivy's friends want to have a chance to meet th [...]

"There's only one person I regret leaving."This was an enjoyable story.Ivy is studying music and plays the cello at a prestigious music college. She’s works hard to make ends meet and has little time or money to go out and enjoy herself. Her two friends drag her along to a concert of famous rock band, Feral Silence. The bass guitarist’s playing ability blows her mind and when she sees him face to face after the concert, she’s stunned to realise that it’s her old school friend and crush, [...]

*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review*I've fallen in love with the men of Feral Silence one by one, and Ren was no different! In the previous books we didn't get to see or hear much from Ren. He seemed more closed off and aloof. He is so much more different than you would expect! While the other books had alternate points-of-view, this one was completely focused on Ivy's. Ivy is a poor college student (like me) who plays the chello expertly (not like me). She had known Ren a long t [...]

2 stars. Not a bad read, cute really but it felt a bitallow? Just not as in depth as I'd have liked. And it had little to no angst A problem would pop up, and be solved a page or two later. And the pacing was super fast. I'd have liked if things moved more gradually, and the main characters took some time to get to really know each other again before jumping into a relationship. Also, and this is just personal preference, I'd have liked it more, if we'd gotten the hero's point of view. Some stor [...]

*I received this book in exchange of an honest review*If you like short rockstar romances then this book will blow you off!! Well written, with an interesting story, very sexy, sweet, witty and funny characters, this little number is a quick fix to your cravings!!!! Addictive and captivating i couldn't put it down, and devoured every single page till the end!! An end that came to soon in my opinion!!! The story is such a great one, i really believe it could have been stretched so much more and i [...]

Let me be honest first. I’m a male from head to toe and this was the first time that I dared to pick up a book like this. I’ve read romance before, but none was so ‘teenish’ and so overwhelmed with sexual contents.Seriously. I only read the first 15% of the story and the main character was already masturbating. WTH? And it wasn’t even sexy. As I read it actually made me think how shallow the main character was. She only talked about how sexy her crush is (abs, muscle, face and so on) a [...]

I received this book free in exchange for an honest review. So honestly, I really enjoyed this book. It moved at a nice pace and it was well written because I could relate with some of the characters, and it even brought tears to my eyes towards the end. Ivy played the cello and Ren played bass guitar in a rock band. Although, he could play other instruments, like violin, very well also. Ivy and Ren were childhood friends but he had disappeared and this is the first time she's seen him in five y [...]

    22. Sheri Bishop

What a sweet, second chance romance! Ren and Ivy come from the same hometown and they attended the same music school. But at 18, Ren disappeared, no one knowing where he went or why he went. Ivy had thought about him through the years but when her friends drag her out to a concert for a band she's never heard of, that's the last place she expects to find the man who disappeared from her life years ago. But yet there he is!Ren didn't have the wonderful childhood that everyone thought he did. They [...]

I have read all three of the books in the Feral Silence series, and I really enjoyed reading them all, but you do not have to have read the first two in order to read this one, but I recommend reading all three, because all three are so good. Ren plays the bass guitar in a popular rock band called Feral Silence. Ivy plays the cello, and knew Ren back when he was younger, but has not seen him since he disappeared five years earlier, until now. Athena Wright does a great job developing the charact [...]

    24. Sue Parker

I received an ARC for my honest review. And honestly I loved this book! Ivy knew Ren when they were younger. He disappeared on his 18th birthday never to be heard from again. Now she is in college and her friends bring her to a rock concert. Not exactly her thing but she goes along. On one song the bass guitarist pucks up a violin and plays. This gets her attention because her long lost friend also played the violin and she plays the cello. They go to meet the band and imagine her surprise when [...]

I'm a feral fanI really enjoyed this book. Because each book in the series is a stand alone, I started with this one. I will definitely check out the rest of the series. I absolutely loved Ren and Ivy. Their story is sweet, realistic and steamy. I wish the book had been longer. I wanted to see their relationship develop more, see how the students responded to Ivy's newfound fame, see how fangirls respond to Ren having a girlfriend, see how they manage with him on tour, etc. I just really feel li [...]
