Not going to lie. I did not expect this particular lady for Drio. Completely bowled over by that and yet in hindsight it's so perfect! This was a sweet, sexy and sorta sad little number and I really hope more of this dynamic plays out in book three.3.75 "calling a toddler an asshole is neither illegal nor immoral" stars

Enjoyable short story in the series. Yes, the short stories need to be read in order with the books.

If I thought that this novella would make the events of the second book more clear, I was sadly mistaken. It actually takes place after Prague and moves into a completely different direction. I can't say it was bad, it's just that Drio's story was definitely not what I expected, but I liked being in his head.

What a great short story and a nice addition to the Nava Katz series. Drio is intriguing, enigmatic and definitely not one to be pinned down so I was glad to see a woman out-Drio him! (And surprised who that woman is but very pleased). Don't read this until you have read Nava 1, 1.5 and 2 as it will make much more sense, and you'll enjoy them.

Drio being the resident rasha bad boy, we don't hear much from him unless it's smartass. With the little bit I learned about him from book 2, I see he has another side he is just afraid to feel. Meeting Nava's friend has sparked his curiosity and has him thinking about doing things differently. I love these stories with they guys' point of view.
